Maybe Someday ~Review

"For her I bend,
for you I break"

Back of Book:

At twenty-two years old, Sydney is enjoying a great life: She's in college, working a steady job, in love with her wonderful boyfriend, Hunter, and rooming with her best friend, Tori. But everything changes when she discovers that Hunter is cheating on her -- and she's forced to decide what her next move should be.
Soon, Sydney rings herself captivated by her mysterious and attractive neighbor, Ridge. She can't take her eyes off him or stop listening to the passionate way he plays his guitar every evening out on his balcony. And there's something about Sydney that Ridge can't ignore, either. They soon find themselves needing each other in more ways than one.
A passionate take of friendship, betrayal, and romance, Maybe Someday will immerse readers in Sydney's tumultuous world from the very first page.

This book..... is now my favorite book in the entire universe. I loved it. It was such an incredible read, and it had my pulse racing from the very beginning.

Colleen Hoover's characters are just so relatable. You can't help but find something about each character that you relate to.

The story development between Sydney and Ridge was incredible. I could feel the tension between the two and I could feel the guilt, the longing, the lust, and the excitement between them.

The lyrics that they both wrote throughout the novel was amazing. Since reading this book, I have failed in love with Griffin Peterson, who signs the songs that were written in the book. You can check them out on youtube. I highly recommend that you listen to these as they appear in the novel.

I don't know how Hoover did it, but I adored every character, expect Hunter and Tori. But I loved Maggie and I loved her relationship with Ridge, and I loved Warren and Bridgett. This was an incredible read and I love it.

I honestly did not expect the plot twist that showed up within the first few pages. But it made me love Ridge even more and the passion he had for music.

One of the most incredible things in this book was how Ridge and Sydney were still able to communicate and develop their relationship despite the small road block.

I highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone. It was definitely one of the happier books. No sad moments in this book. The entire time I was smiling and devouring it page after page.

Everyone should read a Colleen Hoover book. This one is a great introduction to Hoover and who she is as an author. Fantastic read, please read it.
